Along the way, I discovered how powerful it can be to have a quiet space where you are not expected to perform, explain, or fix anything.
Today, I offer that kind of space through Authentic Usui Reiki.
My intention is simple: to welcome you as you are and create a peaceful environment where you can rest, reconnect, and experience Reiki in your own way.

During a session, you remain fully clothed while resting comfortably in a peaceful environment.

Create space to notice yourself more clearly and reconnect with what your body, mind, and inner life may be asking for.

You are not a problem to be solved.
I believe each person has their own path.
My role is not to diagnose you, tell you who you should become, or promise a particular outcome.
I am here to create a calm, respectful space where you can pause, receive, and listen more deeply to yourself.
Sometimes that space alone can be meaningful.

What to Expect
You do not need to prepare perfectly or know anything about Reiki before your first session.
Arrive
Come as you are and settle into the space.
Connect
We will take a few moments to talk about what brings you in and what you hope to receive.
Receive
You will remain fully clothed and rest comfortably while I practice Authentic Usui Reiki.
Recenter
Afterward, you will have a little time to reconnect and reflect before returning to your day.
